Pallet Display

Full-Pallet Displays Are The Real Deal

Shoppers are still going to retail stores, they are just spending more time inside of them. Especially the new generation who grew up online, they prefer to try out products before buying anything.

A full-pallet display can be a store’s best friend during this shopping shift because it allows customers to see and touch an item that they might not have had access to before.

What Is A Full-Pallet Display?

A full-pallet display is where items are housed on one large stack of products, usually resting on a pallet (hence the name). Typically 48″x40″ in size. This allows customers to see all sides of an item and test its weight with their hands. 4-sides available to fill with product in different combinations. Sometimes used as a miniature store-front.

Full-Pallet Displays Are The Real Deal

A full pallet display provides the ultimate form of hands-on shopping because shoppers can directly interact with an entire case, not just one or two pieces. It’s like having a mini store in your retail location.
Full pallets can be set up at any point along the store’s shop floor. They allow retailers to increase shelf presence in-season because they capture attention when other parts of the retail environment do not. When used for cross selling, it also reduces inconsistencies when compared to using multiple fixtures or dividers in creating order among your merchandise presentation.

There are many benefits that come with this unique marketing tool besides customer satisfaction; they include:

  • Allows shoppers to feel products with one on the display
  • Increases sales by 50% due to the interactive nature of this marketing tool
  • Allows retailers to showcase more products at once, or in combination
  • Stores can highlight seasonal products and build hype around new products

Co Packing & logistics equipment

Co-packing, also known as contract packaging, involves a company outsourcing its packaging and sometimes even manufacturing needs to a third-party packaging service provider. These service providers often require specialized logistics equipment and facilities to efficiently handle various packaging tasks. Here are some essential logistics equipment and facilities commonly used in co-packing operations:

Know More
  • Packaging Machinery: Contract packagers require a range of packaging machinery such as filling machines, labeling machines, capping machines, sealing machines, and coding/printing equipment. The specific equipment needed depends on the type of products being packaged.
  • Conveyors: Conveyor systems are essential for moving products through the packaging process efficiently. They come in various forms, including roller conveyors, belt conveyors, and chain conveyors.
  • Packing Stations: These are workstations where packaging operations take place. They are typically equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for tasks like labeling, sealing, and assembling packaging materials.
  • Palletizers and Depalletizers: For handling bulk quantities of products, automated palletizing and depalletizing equipment is used. This equipment can stack products onto pallets or remove products from pallets.
  • Shrink Wrapping and Stretch Wrapping Machines: These machines are used to secure products and pallet loads with shrink film or stretch film, providing protection and stability during transport.
  • Carton Erectors and Sealers: Automatic carton erectors create cardboard boxes, while carton sealers seal them shut. These machines are crucial for efficient packaging and shipping.
  • Material Handling Equipment: Forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment are essential for moving raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials within the facility.
  • Warehousing Space: Adequate warehousing space is required for storing raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials. Efficient racking systems and storage solutions are crucial.
  • Quality Control and Inspection Equipment: Vision inspection systems, metal detectors, and other quality control equipment help ensure that packaged products meet quality and safety standards.

  • Customized Packaging Solutions: Some co-packers offer specialized packaging solutions, such as blister packaging, clamshell packaging, or kitting services, depending on their capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Temperature-Controlled Storage: If co-packing perishable or temperature-sensitive products, facilities with refrigerated or climate-controlled storage areas may be necessary.
  • Security Systems: To safeguard products and materials, co-packing facilities often have security systems in place, including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Transportation and Shipping Services: Many co-packers offer transportation and shipping services as part of their overall package, making it easier for clients to move products from the co-packing facility to distribution centers or end customers
